Terms of Service

License

Buying ClicksPal gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on up to 2 computers at a time, with updates included for as long as the product is offered. You may move the license between your computers.

Don't share, resell or publish your license key, or try to bypass licensing.

Payment and refunds

Payment is one-time and processed by Stripe. If ClicksPal doesn't work for you, email support@makerbox.club within 14 days of purchase for a refund. A refunded license is deactivated.

Your data and accounts

You're responsible for your website content, repository, connected accounts and publishing decisions, and for complying with your providers' terms. Search measurements and AI output are not guarantees of rankings, traffic or revenue.

Warranty and liability

ClicksPal is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
